In Jakarta's buildings, what usually sets the schedule isn't the carpentry but three things outside the cabin: management approval, electrical capacity, and routes for waste water and heat.

Capacity and the daily duty load
A home sauna runs a few hours a week; a commercial one can run through the whole operating day. So the spec moves up a class: commercial-series Harvia, Sawo or Tylo heaters with parts available in-country, benches rated for public use, and airflow designed for groups. A large cabin for 10–12 people uses a 10.5–12 kW heater and only runs on three-phase power. Commercial cold tubs get filtration plus ozone or UV sized for dozens of plunges a day; when peak hours stack up, two small tubs beat one big one.
Building management approval and working hours
Building management judges documents, not intentions. For every multi-storey project we prepare unit specs, electrical loads, the work method and a schedule that follows renovation hours. A commercial load rarely stands alone: the training room's AC, lights and pumps are already running before the sauna arrives. Every new load — heater, water chiller, pumps — comes off a dedicated panel with MCBs and earth-leakage protection. Maintenance and service contracts for businesses
A facility used daily needs a clear maintenance schedule. At handover we hand staff a daily and weekly checklist — rinse the benches, check water temperature, clean the tub filter — and flag the jobs best left to a technician, like checking heater elements, chiller refrigerant and ELCB function. A periodic service contract can be added, and each machine's monthly running cost is written into the quote so your annual budget isn't guessing.
