Questions & answers
Why is every price written as a range?
Because no two projects are identical: size, materials, heater or chiller class and the electrical situation all shift the total. The ranges above come from real 2025–2026 projects; the exact figure for your site comes in the free quote after the survey.
Which should go in first: the sauna or the ice bath?
If the budget is tight, start with the one you'll use most. But installing both at once via the sauna + ice bath package combines the survey and electrical work — the saving can cover the accessories.
Do prices include the PLN power upgrade?
No — the upgrade bill is paid by the owner directly at PLN's official tariff; we run the paperwork. If your house or apartment simply can't go up in power, a 1.7–2.4 kW infrared cabin is almost always the way out.
What will the monthly electricity cost be?
Figure on 2–3 sessions a week: a dry sauna adds roughly IDR 200–500K a month to the bill, an infrared cabin IDR 100–250K, and an ice bath chiller IDR 300–700K since it stays on holding the water temperature. How the chiller works is explained on the ice baths.
How does project payment work?
A 50% deposit once the quote is approved — that's when the imported materials are ordered. The balance is paid at handover, after the joint test proves everything works. No cost appears mid-project without your approval.
